Be on TV and Tell us All About it ...on Camera.
We're looking for people to interview for our TV special, which we plan to air around Christmas this year on local Public Access. All we need to do is book the time, grab a field camera and shoot you in the resplendant Xcess of your Xmas-decorated home.
Set Up a TV Interview - tell Mrs. Claus or the Elves all about...
- How much is your light bill in December?
- Where's the best place to buy an animatronic Santa?
- Describe your neighbor's obsession with inflatable lawn ornaments?
- How do you make all of your house lights chase in perfect time to "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer?"
Some things to remember :
- DO feel free to include in your message when or where might be the best times to talk, along with the best way to contact you to set up a time to film the interview.
- DON'T worry that we have any intention of posting, keeping or divulging any personal identifying information. We don't. We just want to know where to take pictures of some wild/amazing/fabulous Xmas displays.
- DO be prepared to fill out a release form allowing us to film and broadcast your interview, or else we can't show you on TV.
- DON'T be nervous or think that you have to look like a model or anything - we're looking to hear from normal Fairfax homeowners about their some of their more Xcessive Xmas decorating experiences. Tell us your most over-the-top story and have some fun with it.
We're also looking to post short video clips here, so your interview could appear right on these pages as well as on the show.
Have a Pic to Send Us or Want Us to Get the Picture?
So you've got a great pic of 8 gold lamé reindeer being driven by Elvis Claus in his convertible Cadillac sleigh that blinks to the tune of "Blue Christmas"?
Send it to us. We'll post it on these pages.
Do you know of an Xmas display that's so Xcessive, it just NEEDS to appear on this web site? But, you don't have a camera? You can snitch on a neighbor's Xcess or proudly proclaim your own.
Just tell us how to find this marvel. We'll snap the pic and post it here in all it's glory.
